SUMMER PROGRAM
"Play is the work of the child." - Maria Montessori

At Green Gables Montessori our summer program encompasses exploring through outdoor learning and cultural experiences that enhance the Childs cognitive development. Each classroom from the preschool to elementary attend weekly field trips around Kitsap County. The summer program is 8 fun filled weeks. It starts the first week of July and goes through the third week of August. The last week of August we are closed for teacher preparation and in-service.

The pictures below are many of the exciting places we visit throughout the summer! School transportation is provided with one of our busses. Each bus has five point harnesses installed and are used for children under 5.
